the breakfast was a letdown. it seemed very basic, not like i remembered from past stays. also, i could hear a lot of noise from the hallway, especially early in the morning. it made sleep difficult.

The check-in process was quick. I appreciated the bar being open 24 hours. The breakfast offered a wide selection, including both continental options and a full English (a very nice touch!).

Paying for parking felt a bit unnecessary, since there is not much around the hotel.

i found the hotel modern and smartly designed. the bathroom mirror was a great feature because it didn't steam up when i showered, it even got warm! the room was a good size, as i booked a room with a sofa.

I had to pay extra for parking, even as a hotel guest. I found this unnecessary. i understand registering for parking, but charging paying customers was like just a way to make more money. there wasn't much around the hotel that would necessitate charging guests for parking.

The standard double room had a sofa bed. It felt spacious. i appreciated the bathroom mirror that warmed up to prevent steaming, so i could see clearly after showering. the lighting in the room offered both bright and cozy settings.

the staff was cute and explained everything clearly. when i had questions, they answered in a friendly manner. the manager inquired about my stay and showed genuine interest. i felt valued as a guest.
